What does NO ADS mean on Club Penguin?

I've recently started to play Club Penguin again and I'm a member but people will say "GUYS MEET GIRLS AT MY IGLOO NO ADS" "ADS WILL BE REPORTED" i thought ADS meant Advertising but now i think it's something inappropriate?

I've had Club Penguin since i was 11 and I'm nearly 15 now, i sometimes play it when I'm bored to be honest Facebook is getting boring, just in case if you thought i was some babyish virgin, when I'm far from it(look through my previous questions) I'm one of the good know penguins called

I haven't played that in forever but I remember people saying that.
I think it means that if you advertise for your igloo in theirs you'll get reported.
Like you going to person 1's igloo and seeing person 2 in there too, advertising their igloo.
They just don't want annoying people spamming up their 'cool iggy' lol
