How do you block Empires&Allies on Facebook?

People keep sending me requests on Empires&Allies on Facebook. Once I tried it and didn't like it... But people still keep sending me requests of it, how do I block apps? I don't want to block the app requests that come from any person. How can I block this game?

First of all find the game, I think this is the link; http://www.facebook.com/#!/apps/applicat...5363593426

Then scroll down to the left of the page and you will see Block application, select this link.

A popup box with a disclaimer will come up;

Block app?
Blocking Empires & Allies will prevent others from sending you invitations and requests for this app and will prevent this app from getting any info about you. This will also prevent you from seeing Empires & Allies if other people have it installed.

Choose OK
