Tutorial on SuperAntiSpyWare: http://astatalk.com/viewtopic.php?p=786431

Or Here: http://www.superantispyware.com/onlinescan.html

It may be necessary for you to download these to a different computer and copy to zip drive or cd and install in infected computer
Use safe mode with networking to remove threats but after updating tools, disconnect from internet to run scans.

When you are finished in safe mode and you restart your computer and you still have issues see below:

How to disable or enable System Restore: http://www.vista4beginners.com/Disable-o...em-Restore
Do this when you have your antivirus software scanning and it is suggested that right after you turn off system restore you use ATF: http://download.cnet.com/ATF-Cleaner/300...?tag=mncol check select all and click empty selected until no files cleaned and then let scanner run.

It's difficult for a relative newcomer like VIPRE to introduce a brand-new version of antivirus software into this very competitive field.

But VIPRE is no ordinary antivirus.

And Sunbelt Software, makers of VIPRE, is no ordinary company.

With this release of VIPRE, Sunbelt has managed to pack a mighty blow against viruses, spyware, and all forms of malware in one powerful punch.

Not only has VIPRE Antivirus + Antispyware come out of the corner swinging, but they've done it with the grace and expertise consumers demand from antivirus software.

It's easy to install, easy to use, and is the lightest running antivirus application we've ever seen.

Really, this should come as no surprise since Sunbelt, founded in 1994, has a track record of producing award-winning programs for Windows.

With their latest release of VIPRE Antivirus + Antispyware, Sunbelt Software is getting rave reviews just about everywhere you look.

Among other things, we wanted to know:
Does it hold up against the powerful malware foes out there today?
Can it really run that light and still be that potent?

In a word: yes.

After reviewing VIPRE, it easily captured the lead as the best antivirus software of 2009. Read our full comparison and review to find out why.

If you're still not sure, you are welcome to try out our FREE trial for fifteen days, inclusive with all features.

You should try using MSCONFIG in Windows XP to disable some of the unnecessary programs that automatically load on start-up. Disabling these programs will help your computer boot faster and crash less.
1. In Windows XP, go to Start > Run

2. Type MSCONFIG in the "Open:" box and then either press enter on your keyboard or click on the OK button.

3. This launches Microsoft's System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab (the tab at the far right).

4. This takes you to a page with a list of "startup items." Startup items are programs that are automatically loaded every time you turn on your computer. Some startup programs are absolutely necessary, others are simply a waste of RAM.

Remember, disable only those programs that you recognize and don't need to have running all the time. When in doubt, leave it on.
5. Click on the OK button.
6. A message will pop up telling you that you must restart your computer before these changes will take effect. Click on "Yes" and your computer will automatically reboot.

7. That's it! Your computer should now boot faster and crash less.
Download a free antivirus software, we have a few links on the button of a faq's page http://www.unlimitedtechnicalsupport.com/faq.htm
And you should also update our Antivirus software and run a virus scan,

This is guaranteed to remove whatever is on your computer. This is my method.

Restart your computer, press F8 repeatedly, go into "safe mode with networking", download superanti spyware and malwarebytes (links below). Both those delete ANY virus. I scanned with both, some finds others that others don't find. So USE both and update both.

URGENT : Please go into Safe mode, do not ignore that step or else the virus will interfere with your activity. Also viruses don't allow you to open up programs or anti-virus software, and being in Safe mode allows you to do that. In Safe Mode, the virus cannot interfere with you getting rid of it.

After downloading in safe mode, UPDATE them. PLEASE Update. You'll see this option, don't be alarmed.

http://www.superantispyware.com/

Quick scan and quarantine/delete/remove. And you are cleaned.

If those do not work, go into safe mode and download Spybot search and destroy. Update!

http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-a...22137.html

Restart and now you are clean.

Stay safe by downloading COMODO Internet Security (free) and keep those anti-virus softwares I told you to download.
