I want to add a existing cover photo to be my cover photo on facebook please help!

you cant use your phone - you have to use a computer to do that

T-Mobile Web Guard is a web filtering component designed for T-Mobile phones. It allows the Primary Account Holder (PAH) to set restrictions on adult content such as pornography. While Web Guard monitors web activity, you may also need to disable it if you are unable to access certain websites. You can disable Web Guard in seconds using your T-Mobile account.
