Can twitter track my IP address? (Read description!)?
So I created a twitter account 4 days ago just to piss off those little brainwashed kids called "beliebers" because they're always taking over the top trends, and so I was able to piss them off so bad that they got me suspended. BUT ALSO they suspended my other account that I never trolled or hated anyone on. They must have access to my IP address because I haven't logged into my other account in days.

Sure every post you make is IP tagged. But they only have the information, but that isn't the probably the other account was suspended, since more then one person can have a twitter account on the computer.
More likely something else like linked to the same facebook profile? or registered with same email address? Some other correlation then IP Ads |

Yes they can. Any site can see all the IP addresses currently connected and most, if not all, probably record all the IP addresses that ever connected to the site.
What DR TECH said makes sense but someone told me that they got their eBay account and computer blocked. The person made a new account on their brother's computer and then got blocked again but that time they blocked the brother's account and computer too. |

Yes, every piece of information that is sent through the internet has your IP address... the only time it doesn't do it is if you are using just a layer 2 switch and you are keeping it within the LAN then it uses your MAC address.
the only way to get around it is get the ISP to change your IP address or you can get a OPENVPN and get a ip address from their server pool |
