Snapchat and texting an ex?

So this guy and I were talking for awhile and we planned on dating. He was just waiting for the right moment to ask. We kinda just stopped talking cause my friend hated him and wanted us to stop hanging. so she went and told him off at work. So after that we just stopped talking completely. Well two week ago I ran into him two different times, and he didnt make eye contact so last sunday i texted him and we had a really good convo. we have been texting on off all last week. he even texted me first but our convos never seem to get past whats up. He just stops responding after that. Then saturday he snapchatted me and I wasnt able to respond so yesterday i snapchatted him and he didnt respond to it but he responded hi to my text and after that i didnt hear from him. He was blowing up twitter though. I dont know what this means?? or what I should do?? please help?

It doesn't seem like he is interested in you, if he was he would be showing you a lot more attention. I would move on
