Try McAfee I have it and it works pretty damn well. I'm pretty sure it's free. Or try AVG

If you have Windows 7, i would recommed Microsoft Security Essentials.
If you dont, i would go with AVG.

Keep 2 on your box.

1) Microsoft Security Essentials - Realtime Protection, Free, Small footprint, Self updating.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo...essentials

2) MalwareBytes. - Free, update and scan when you want to. On Demand.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Both are great together.

McAfee is NOT free. they may have a trial period but they do NOT offer full services for free.

AVG Free is good for overall protection, that's what I use on my windows machines. Since you suspect you're already infected you might also want to download MalWareBytes - the free version doesn't offer any active protection but it's highly effective at rooting out bugs after the fact.

I'd go for ClamAV Immunet, a cloud based virus detector, available for windows XP, Vista and 7. You can even make it work together with AVG, Avast, Norton, McAfee, MSE, Trend or K7, for even better protection.
