Get a Samsung S3 if possible, otherwise the any of the Samsung ones are quite good. I just got one recently and i am loving it. You can find the itunes mmusic folder on your computer and put your music on the phone, it has good sound quality and is just more usable then every other fine. They are also reasonably priced for the quality of what you are getting. GET A SAMSUNG PHONE, you will not regret it.

For 15000, you can get the brand new Nokia Lumia 620 - a Windows Phone 8 device.

It has Facebook, Twitter and Xbox built in, plus the world's best maps. It also has Nokia Music - all-you-can-eat music mixes; you can download up to four of these mixes to listen offline, and there's no ads (absolutely free). It's a really fast, and smooth phone.
