Do they get a notification? That part is "private" on FB right?

You must be new to facebook...If you are looking at another profile, there are no way that they can find out. Unless you send them a message or friend request then NO, they will not get a notification.

They cant, but they can use the aplication thats called "my top fans" to see who has visited their profile the most
|
