Why my mouse stop working when i connect my nokia mobile to laptop?

Hi guys i have a dell laptop i use my mobiile to access the internert
but when i connect my mouse to laptop it only works for 15 mins and stop working and when i disconnct my mobile and reconnect my mouse it works
sometimes when i start using intternet with mblaze modem the mouse works perfectly what was the reason plz help?

Hi Azeem,
My name is Krishna and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Try plugging the mouse and phone into different USB ports and see if it makes any difference.

If that doesn't help, remove all of the items under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" in Device Manager and reboot the system. Let Windows re-detect them all, and then try again.
