What are some good places to download music?

I had iTunes but recently they put a protection thing on it so i can't use it in youtube videos. So I used Limewire but then heard it could give your computer a virus. So stopped using it. I looked at rhapsody but you can't use the song on an iPod.

Anywhere else I could look that works on you're iPod and youtube?
