Uh well there is no good reason for it that's for sure. Maybe they are already in a relationship, one that family and friends are aware of. Look for other signs, but again.. there's no loyal, trustworthy reason to block your partner from facebook. Unless you are a same sex couple.. maybe they are not yet open/out of the closet.
