Well there is always a key on the keyboard for that function, check the function key row. If it's not there, there must be something in the proximity of the touch pad.

Hello Don Washkevich,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

For your system the F5 key on your keyboard will disable the touch-pad when you have an external mouse connected.
If you notice, there is a touch-pad image also on this key.
