Can anyone assist me with Widows 8 recovery ?

today i purchased dell ultrabook. i tried creating a recovery media using dvds but as i entered second blank dvd it showed error. so i couldn't create a recovery media as soon as i received my laptop. now my laptop is almost 20% full with movies and videos and all. does it make any difference if i create a recovery media now ? can i still create a recovery media ? if so what would be the size of recovery files and what is best option to save those files ? usb or dvds ? pls reply. thank you..

You can still create your backup media. Try re-creating your backup using at least a 16 gig usb key or several dvd's. I made my backups on the Inspiron 7720 se recently and it took about 13,7 gigs. It should not make a difference with your movies. I dont believe it will back them up. If you need any other assistance you can email me at my email address listed below or in my profile.
