Dell Inspiron 620 Intel Core i3 will not turn on.?

This computer is only a few months old, and over time turning it on became an issue. When I try to turn it on using the power button on the front of the cabinet, it doesn't turn on. There is a green light in the back that is on and the amber light on the motherboard is on. When I press the button, I hear a very faint buzzing sound. Any suggestions?

Swap out the psu and also try swapping the ram around could be a bad power switch or check the wires going from the power switch to the motherboard , check all the psu connectors to the moptherboard also the mother board for burnt marks around a circuit

If it doesn't, It's more likely that you have a power supply or motherboard failure.
