How do I change language on facebook?

I was fiddling around earlier with the language selection on Facebook and managed to change from English to Spanish, and now I can't figure out how to change it back to English. If my wife gets up before I change it back to English I'm a dead man, or at least a wounded man with no breakfast.
BTW neither of us speak or read Spanish so any help would be much appreciated.

Go to the bottom of your home page and click on the language option. Given the circumstances, it should say Espanol.

and select your primary language from the dropdown menu
