How can you tell if someone has that facebook spy?

I dont remember the name but it's for facebook, and you can track with it who has been looking at your page and more, so how can you tell, when you go to someones facebook page, weather or not they are able to track you?

The software, apps and services meant for this purpose do not work and are scams. Ultimately if there is one that does work to spy on page views, there would be no way of telling who has it, other than asking them.
There are so many social sites that allow you to track views and I guess it bothers people that facebook does not support this, thus there are new scams and apps made frequently to try and hack facebook, however facebook is always updating, and they say it is pretty untouchable. Facebook representatives continue to say apps on the site do not allow you to track profile views. There are also many warnings advising people to stay away from these false apps, because they take your personal information.

There is however an application called Unfriend Finder. All it does is notify you when people on your friend's list have deactivated their profiles, or when someone removes you as a friend, and that app works fine. And, there is no way to tell who has this app, unless they have fb liked it. It doesn't seem to display in the list of apps.
