Why did my facebook just delete everything off my timeline?
I went to a post that my friend had wrote on my wall from the notification I got. When I went back to it, it was gone!! In fact, everything I had done within the past month (exactly one month) was gone!! What's up with that and how do I fix it?

You cannot restore anything that you deleted. Consider changing your password, as someone might have hacked you.
