How to fix my computer? :S?

Well, I tried everything : anti virus, combo fix, one click maintenance, spyboot and it cleaned everything i think. But when I play world of warcraft my screen freezes and I cannot move type or move with mouse I cant do anything for 10-15 seconds... It happens many times in 1 hour.. And when I am on facebook the same thing happens, expect now the sound freezes too tell me what to do pls, what should i do to fix it

The WOW game takes alot of power to run....this is not a virus...simply put > Your computer is running to much power to operate uneccessary programs in the start up menu......use cc cleaner free edition and click on tools....then click start up.....disable/delete those things not necessary like Yahoo Messenger, Games, Adobe......etc....once you disable/delete some of that stuff your computer will have ample power to play games.....etc.
