How do I get rid of this Facebook virus? PLEASE HELP!!!?

Every time I log on to Facebook now, a virus sends random posts on random people's walls, and they always say "Who's the boss...YOU!" and then a link or "You have to be serious to do this" or "Making money on the internet is easy!" and stuff like that.
1. What the hell is this? and
2. How do I get rid of it?

It happened to me and I changed my password and no more "spam messages" were posted on peoples wall.
