you can use swapping in your phone. it means when applications overflow RAM then swapping will swap those extra memories into sdcard, thus releasing RAM. have a try

No one can modify a mobile phone's RAM at the moment, unlike computers where you can add RAM modules to increase capacity. Mobile phone technology hasn't reached that stage just yet. With phone RAM, what you see is what you get, unfortunately.

Please note that apps are installed on your internal memory (a.k.a internal storage/device storage), not on your RAM. So, moving your apps to the external SD card will not speed up your phone since the apps will still run in the background anyway, after you move them to the external SD card.

If your phone is slow, you can help by shutting down unnecessary apps running in the background. Also stop your apps from auto-updating because this forces them to keep working in the background. Examples of apps that are capable of auto-updating are Facebook, Gmail, YahooMail, GoogleMaps etc. As long as they are connected to the internet to download updates, they will use up a lot of RAM. They just hog the memory when you don't really use them all the time. Do your updates manually, as and when you need them.

You could also try installing RAM cleaners like Clean Master that will empty your RAM cache and also shut down some unnecessary processes for you.

Other than that, there is no other way to make your phone faster if it doesn't already have a large capacity RAM and a fast CPU.

Hope that helped.
