Where can I find people online looking to join a "work from home" business?

I just recently joined a company and need to recruit people. Does anyone know any good ways to do this? I already have business cards, social networks and a website-but I am drawing a blank there.

Has anyone had a successful pyramid type business or is this a flop?

You are finding people to work online form home so finding such people by meeting them or doing advertising on the roads will not give you good results the best place to do the advertising is internet post the jobs on the job portals post ads on the different classified websites a huge amount of people will surely contact you and also try to talk in the forums of working online at home and blogs it will also help you to find your targeted people.
