How can I recover someone's mean spirited Facebook posts for a divorce case?
They are needed for a restraining order, but of course he just wiped his Facebook clean. I didn't get a chance to make copies of the most recent ones. Can they be retrieved?

They cannot unless Facebook keeps transcript records of all data that passes through their systems. Which I'm sure that they do but getting permission from Facebook would be incredibly difficult. A court order would probably be required. Good Luck.
