Hi, I have a doubt, is it possible to see the name (in my friends list or others) who can downloaded my picture in facebook?

You won't be able to do that. A picture is already downloaded to a computer when someone happens to see your picture in his/her newsfeed. It'd be ridiculously impractical to track that activity.
