You Can Not Hide your Profile Picture you Can Restrict it tho To Do That Go to the Profile Picture than Next to your Name you Should see a Box Click on it and Change the Privacy Setting

You can't. I would recommend doing one of these things:
1. Change your account type to private.
2. Delete your account picture and replace it with something else, such as your dog.
