I Live in North Carolina "NC" and would like to know what colleges offer Criminal Justce and NROTC programs for a 4 year college. Thank you And not army or airforce, Just NAVY.

Good thing you can Google both of them, huh? Start with the NROTC school list for NC and then look at which of them (it's not a long list, I assure you) have CJ.

By the way, you are not going to get a scholarship with a CJ major.
