If I apply for a job, can a potential employer find my twitter....?
If I don't have my full name attached to my twitter account and they can't look me up via my email address, etc.? How would they find my account? I'm wondering if I should make it private.

Odd's are they'll just search your name, if you haven't got your full name on there you should be fine.
