I have her name, and her age, but I cant find her on Facebook.
she moved recently so I cant put her location because although I know the state, I don't know what city she is in.

Try putting her exact complete name. Dude you need to put the city otherwise its difficult to find the girl. Also if the girl may have not kept her real name. Eg the girl`s name is Alexis Castle and she keeps Sweety Castle as its her pet name then its difficult to fing.
