Whoa.
First of all, you don't even know this guy.
Secondly, you kinda made yourself look bad, putting it out there like that.
I mean, sure, he knows that, but do other people know that you're not a drinker? What do you want people to think of you as? And it sort of sounds like he might be joking. But if this guy is causing you stress, then block him. Forget about him!
