What does "#FF" on twitter stand for?
What does "#FF" on twitter mean? People say it a lotand I never know what to do because I don't know what it means. Thanks!

I believe it means "Follow Friday", meaning every Friday, the user posts names of people they think are worthy to follow.

#FF is short for Follow Friday

Which is when every friday, different people tweet who you should follow. for example if my twitter name was @red and i want people who are following me to follow @blue then i would tweet:

" #FF @blue ! "
or " #FollowFriday @blue "

those are called "promos " or promotions . im pretty sure you've seen a follow train which is where some one with a whole bunch of followers, (5,000 + ) follow friday you (or promote you rather) so that other people who are interested will follow . one way to get alot of followers is to follow back * follow back the people that follow you)
