No one can post happy birthday on my facebook timeline?

I fucking hate facebook for this. I used to have settings set to "no one" can post on my timeline. Now its my birthday today so I set it to "friends" can post on my timeline. But when I go to "View profile as specific person" they still do not see a box to input a message for my timeline.

Please help! I always look forward to fb birthday wishes and it is making me depressed that I cant get any wishes because of fucking facebook bullshit settings. On top of that, my girlfriend cheated on me before my birthday.

Make sure your privacy settings are turned on for being able to post on your wall, once you have clicked save... log out of your account, then clear your browsers cookies/cache/temporary internet files... then log in and see if it has corrected the problem.
