No. You will need to log out of one account and log into the other.

You can use the Facebook app for one account and one on safari using m.facebook.com

No Not Possible to Have 2 Facebook Apps on One Device if you Want to have 2 Accounts Signed In at the Same Time what you Could Do is Have one Logged into the App And have Another Logged in on the Mobile Website M.facebook.com
