why do people think that all muslim countries have sharia law?

not every single muslim country has sharia law so how can sharia take over the west if it hasent even toke over the islamic world yet i say saudi arabia and afganistan are the only the strict sharia muslim countries leaft relly most muslim countries are democratic and they infact choose thier leaders how come the media never focous on eygpt pakistan indonesia or turkey where the people there have modernised laws and they choose thier poltical leaders and they have genrel elctions and they arent ran by dictators who impose sharia on the ppl living there even most of the arab states have gone democratic since the arab spring and there were many arab social states befoure the arab spring like lebanon etc. and even when muslim choose sharia in western sense they choose wrong and even when the majority vote for it westerners still dont consider it democracy. im from a muslim country we dont have strict laws forced on us which date back to the 7th centuary. the media only focous in places like syria and afganistan plus saudi where sharia is rife and these countries dont reflect all the other muslim majority countries which dont have sharia.

MUSLIM COUNTRIES ARE STARTING TO ADVANCE. LAST WEEK SAUDI ARABIA PASSED LAWS allowing women to file for divorce, get a job, leave their homes without a written note from their male guardian, they are now allowed to go to the hospital with out the permission of their male guardian. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR MUSLIMS LIVING IN THE WEST CAN KNOW SO LITTLE ABOUT ISLAM?

I think that people are more concerned with making sure it doesn't happen in their countries! No one except male fanatics want this dark age law in force. It's the only way that the islamic cave man can prove his worth!

I wouldn't exactly call Pakistan modern. Isn't the Taliban shooting little girls for going to school and polio vaccination workers?

And Turkey isn't a Muslim country. It's secular with a large Muslim population, but it's government is separate from Islam.

people always like to generalize and they are ignorant also
the other muslim countries dont really have it
for example. Bangladesh , its a muslim country but no Sharia law

Salam People think that all Muslim countries have sharia law because sharia law is derived from the Qur'an and hadith as the life guide and way of life for all Muslim people where ever they live which should be adhered by all Muslim people in the related country.

You know very well that Muslims in western countries like England, France and even the US demand Sharia law.
It's a common behavior of Western Muslims; they demand laws that are not practiced in Muslim countries because they want to take over.
