I see my gf most days and when I do she constantly has her phone in her hand or is on Facebook. It's not that I don't trust her but I just think its f**king rude. I have tried to tell her but she doesn't listen. What should I do?

I've experienced it before with my ex. Definitely annoying and exceptionally rude

Give her an ultimatum; the phone, or you.
Or find more constructive activities to do with her, such as going out to eat or the movies or something.

Well, it is rude! Unfortunately most young people treat devices today as their best friends and their real friends as incidental appendages to their virtual world.

Maybe an intervention is in order. Send her away to a device-free rehab until she learns how to interact with people (you) face to face. Or, get a new girlfriend (one with, at best a dumbphone).

if you are smart with computers and phones, try to prevent her from the internet by blocking access to those sites longer than 10 minutes a day. if she will crry after 3 days, you'll have to put her down
