ask people to like your page.. market your facebook page.. ask friends who like it to ask all their friends and so on.. send links from the like page to all your friends pages. add random people and ask them to like it.. if you follow these steps you may only get 5 likes out of 100... ( but thats 5 you didnt have)

Also-there's an app on Facebook called Promotions, you could have a contest, and when people enter, they're required to 'like' your page. Even if you give away a small prize, your bound to get quite a few fans.
