Retweeting is good. Generally replying on twitter isn't as common as other sites. Don't worry about it

Their not ignoring you... they probably just don't want to talk . I do that all the time haha.

Ignoring would be if they don't even favorite or retweet you're mention at all . So nah it's not bad (:
