What job would suit a blogger?
Ive always loved music and growing up, I wished i could be a singer or dancer. At 23 and having just finished University last year, I am struggling to find a job that makes me just as happy.

I recently started blogging and its something that i love. I wake up and the first thing I do it blog. I have just created a website to feature up and coming people in the creative industries and I am really looking forward to meeting them and interviewing them. I also tried posting a video on YouTube which was really fun but the reality is....it's not going to pay my bills.

So now i am in the process of looking for a job that is similar to blogging or interviewing people etc... Does anyone have any ideas? I only have experience in customer service so its going to be very difficult but I am hoping that putting my blog on my CV will help boost my chances.

All I need now is job ideas? So what kind of job would suit a blogger?

Thanks for reading and thanks for your answers.

Music journalist, fashion journalist, content writer, copywriter in ad agencies, social media executive. Plenty of options, and your blogging experience will count in all of these jobs.
Good luck!

There are internet content providers who supply written content for Websites. Although the pay is not great to start once you get the hang of it you can probably make enough to survive until you work your way into a recognized writer. In addition, self publishing is becoming a booming business. Amazon and other will let you to sell your articles and e0books on their sites for a cut of the proceeds. Again this is a volume business where you have to sell a lot of copies to make any real money, but there are several models that can make this a lucrative avenue for a dedicated and gifted writer. Also there is a market for writing reviews of articles and e-books listed on these sites. I have written a few free book reviews and it is not difficult or too time consuming. As your name recognition grows so will your income. You will most likely need a part time or better job to support you while you are ramping up, but if you love blogging you should have no problem generating text, articles, e-books and reviews. You can use YouTube to promote your work. Best of luck The PracticaL Mentor.
