Usually companies send out special audition opportunities for commercials and whatnot. You can always contact powerhouses like Disney. Just make sure it is formally.

Hey, who doesn't.

You know how many out-of-work actors there are out there?

L.A. is a great big freeway.
Put a hundred down and buy a car.
In a week, maybe two, they'll make you a star
Weeks turn into years. How quck they pass
And all the stars that never were
Are parking cars and pumping gas . . . .

Websites aren't where you find auditions.
They're found through agents.
And you'll only be able to get an agent after you've had many years of training at a good acting school and loads of stage experience.
Nobody auditions or employs beginners.
Loving singing and acting isn't nearly enough.

your not going to find professional paid acting jobs on line, you need the proper agent to get you on those auditions.
