how do i convert a adobe flash video to an mp4?

i made a flash video for school and i would like to make it into an mp4 so i can upload it to facebook and youtube. zamzar doesn't work and i don't want to buy or download anything because i dont feel like paying and i don't want to ruin my computer by downloading something that could give me a virus.
can anyone help me out? it would be very helpful!

Will zamzar not convert it to ANY format? If it is just .mp4 it doesn't want to do, try converting it to something else first, and then convert that file to mp4. Not an ideal solution, but may work.
