salary and you should make 10,000
I decided this by 1.5 hours a day 356 days a week 18.5 dollars an hour 1.5*356*18.5= 9879 and then a rounded up to the closest round number. I can't see you "working" for more than 1.5 hours a day doing updates for twitter and facebook and it is not a skilled job and any 16 year old could probably do a decent job so I think I am factoring in an amazing pay rate. I agree with Adam L. It's not a hard job and doesn't require much time. I'm 16, and I could have done it when I was 13. I also agree with his decision of salary based.

I disagree with both of the other comments.
If your job is to bring in more business for the golf course that you work for, then you should be paid for it. Being a Social Media Manager is more then just posting updates. It requires skill to be able to convince someone to get their lazy butt up off their couch and come play a round of golf. If you are able to increase business by adding specials, discounts, and other incentives through social media then you should be paid accordingly. How much? Well that would have to do with how serious you are to taking their business to the next level. There are some great Social Media Managers/Consultants that get paid big bucks to work with companies. But they are serious, and study their craft, so that they can be confident when asking for a lot of money to do a job. Sorry so vague about the numbers http://facebookitall.com |
