You won't be able to get one 100% free. Facebook is run off of millions of dollars worth of servers, you can't just up and build a website like that. If you want to create your own website however for a small price check out godaddy.com

Well i dont think you can make one like facebook, but weebly.com is great! i made like 2 website on that and it was great!
