why will every website work on my computer except for facebook?
when i open up the internet on my computer (firefox) and the desktop as well as my mom's laptop (those two use IE) on all three computers we can get everything on the internet to work except for facebook. It is not blocked or anything, i did manage to get on it for a little bit yesterday but then lost the connection to it a little while later.
it's weird to me, because if it were our internet connection you would think this would be happening with other sites too, or just not being able to get onto the internet period. and nobody else i've talked to is having problems so it doesn't seem like facebook is down.

i have tried deleting my cookies and all that jazz, restarting the modem, everything i can think of

does anyone know what's going on or how to fix this problem??
i also updated my adobe and java
when i try to go to facebook it just sits there and tries to connect forever then says that it has timed out

Sometimes popup blockers disable Facebook. I've had this problem personally.

Make sure your popup blockers are turned off.

You might want to contact your Internet provider and tell them that you can't access a site and they will tell you how to fix it.

This happens becuase of your NAT type of connection. Some NATs are strict and won't allow things like social networking. But just call up the Internet provider example AT&T then tell then you can't access Facebook but can connect to other websites. The tell them all the things you have done to save time. Once that's all good and done they should've figure it out be then
