Is she playing hard to get on facebook?

There is this girl in school that is 1 year older than me. We are at different floors with different friends.
We have seen eachother at the gym and maybe on the street once.
At school once i said Hi but later ran off for a class and looked like a pansy.
Since i couldnt find her out of her classroom, i decided to add her on Facebook.
Now we chatted a little bit but she didnt seem to interested in chatting.
At one point she looks shy but deep inside a badass (just like me). So i dont think she is hiding her "love" .

Now my problem is should i ask her to go somewhere or is she not interested? Could she just be shy?

but maybe if she knows you, she'll get interested
so asking her out cant be bad
just to get to know her better
