How to upload pictures to the internet from a fujifilm?

I have just got a fujifilm finepix s2980 and it says you can upload pictures to the internet/facebook etc from the camera. Im not sure how to do this and it says tag the photos on websites ,but it doesn't say how to tag pictures or upload them to the internet in the instructions. Help??

you must have a USB cable with your camera, so connect your camera and you will see it in : my Computer . Then click on your camera icon and you will have access to your pictures. Move them by sliding them on the desktop or a folder. Then, for facebook ect. I can't explain because the word ECT would mean that I would need 10 days to explain all the ect.
