How can i unblock myself from Facebook because someone hacked my account?

Recently my Facebook account has blocked and a message came up saying, for the duration of 30 days, be blocked from liking any post, friending anyone and commenting on other peoples post. I did nothing that could get me blocked and i received no warning of this.. i never spam anything and i friend only people i know very well I also received a notification before signing into my account a few days ago to confirm my phone number because someone may be accessing my account. Apparently someone hacked my account and posted spam or did something like that. How can i lift the block?? before in 30 days if possible. i tried going to the help page and went to the security page and changed my password but its still blocked

This is facebooks security. If you wish to unlock your account you may do the security questions to verify that it's your account. Facebook provides this.
