Ok there's this guy who allegedly likes/liked me or whatever. Whenever he texts me he always uses the ":)" and ":D" faces, never any others. Recently we've kind of drifted apart as he's away studying at the minute. I noticed on his facebook that a girl posted a message with regards to his course tomorrow. Throughout the post he's using faces like '' '' and ';D' these to me seem flirty. That makes me think he's not interested in me at all :/ what do you think?

You can send ":)" faces and ":D" faces to anyone and it means nothing, all it is is a smiley face and then a really happy face. If he was really into you he would have sent you a =======D by now or ";)" all the time.

Maybe since you two have drifted apart, he thinks you aren't into him anymore and he is trying to get over it.. What I would do would be just text him or fb him and ask him if you guys do have a special thing or whatever.. Just confront him, and tell him how you feel and how you want to keep in contact more often good luck

I wouldn't be concerned...he might not be using the flirtier faces because he doesn't want to give away to u how he really feels. I think he is interested in you, more so than the other girl on fb.....dont worry, best of luck

If you have drifted apart, he may think your not interested, put yourself on the map and let him no that your still around and interested. If that doesnt go so well, then as you have already drifted apart, it shouldnt be overly hard to move on.
