what is the best way to find clients?

I'm looking to find businesses interested in my products.
I run a web design agency.
I sell web design, Facebook page design and apps.
I already find clients online and would like some ideas of how to find more clients offline.
Do I write them letters, do I phone them out of the blue?, any proven ideas?

forget the boring lletters/ hons. just arrange too meet them at a motel six hons. you get a lot of things done in bed hons bouncing up downe on a matress. more clients more$ money for screwing hons/
