Colin definitely. The names nathan, kevin, and jacob are used mainly for characters who are extremely good looking, rich, sexy, etc...

Colin seems like someone who is in school, kind of nerdy and smart.

I'd say A, Colin Reilly is good for that description because when I view a Colin's, I see a spiky hair, stubborn, intelligent man. Of course Colin would not be imagined as pale in my point of view or likely to get sick but everyone has a different perspective and Colin is the best of the choices. If not Colin, try Jacob.

I wouldn't choose Nathan as I imagine him an extreme slick gangster
Kevin is the opposite, geeky, nerdy, and clumsy.

Hope this helps.

To be completely honest, the moment you said something about a scar, my mind automatically jumped to Harry Potter, so sorry for the fact that this is almost soley based around HP...
I would definitely have to agree and say Colin would be the best name. Colin reminds me of Colin Creevey from Harry Potter who had the camera and was a bit quirky and eccentric. I'd agree by saying that Jacob, Kevin, and Nathan seem a bit to "heartthrob-esque" (if that makes any sense at all...).
Your character seems quite interesting and complex--much like a normal human! I feel like often times, authors don't include enough depth to their characters and they seem to fall flat of my expectations and just be rather "ho-hum."
I assume that you're doing this for some sort of story/novel, and if you publish it on any online platform, I'd love to read it! (:
Hope this helped!

I would go for Colin as well, cause you can also call him Cole which is a pretty cool name.
