How do you quarantine your computer or viruses?

i was on facebook and all of a sudden i got something like anti virus triger my dad deleted it but little infected parts are still there and it says i need to quarantine so i'm trying to do it myself how do i quarantine?

Update & Scan with your security program & it will do it for you.

whichever software you use, it has option as Quarantine files, you have to do that... if you want to scan your computer without downloading you use the online free virus scan here..
