Can an employer find my Facebook or Twitter profile even if I gave them a different email?

I have several different email accounts: one is used for all my apps & social networking sites I'm linked to; one is more for professional mail that I get like applying to colleges, jobs, and anything in that criteria; and the last two are for getting coupons and basically junk mail... I was wondering if an employer can find me on any social media site that uses a different email for log in or name than the email I provide jobs with.

Well they could type in your full name and find you on twitter or Facebook even if they don't have your email address although it can sometimes be harder to find someone by using just their name.
